If you are holding on to emotional baggage of any kind--you don't have to anymore! My story is your story--unique to my own life and path but we've all experienced something that has taken us to our knees; rather it be heartbreak, depression, shame, or loss, these things impact us in major ways! You can't have freedom and carry baggage at the same time. You have to CHOOSE freedom! It won't be easy but you sure are worth the fight!
